Your statutory rights
AntiAirtag hardware is subject to the mandatory warranty and defective-goods provisions applied to consumer transactions in Türkiye. The commercial warranty terms stated in the warranty certificate do not narrow the consumer’s optional rights arising from Law No. 6502 and the relevant legislation.
If the product is defective, one of the following may be used under its conditions: free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
Opening a service request
Write to [email protected] with the following details:
- Order and invoice number,
- Product model and serial number,
- App and hardware firmware version,
- When and under what conditions the problem occurs,
- If available, an error screen, photo, or short video.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary personal data. If remote diagnosis is not enough, safe shipping and the service address will be shared separately.
Conditions that may affect warranty coverage
Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the legislation, damage resulting from unauthorized opening/modification, unsuitable power supply, wrong antenna or accessory use, liquid contact, impact, crushing, extreme temperature, and use against the user manual may be assessed as outside warranty based on the inspection result.
Normal battery capacity decrease and superficial wear marks may be assessed as consumable/wear scope unless a manufacturing defect exists. Every service request is technically inspected, and the consumer is informed of the result.
Software updates
Mini and Touch can receive compatible firmware updates through the AntiAirtag app. During an update, the device must be kept sufficiently charged, the connection must not be interrupted, and the in-app instructions must be followed.
Installing security or stability updates within a reasonable time is recommended. Supported versions and changelogs are announced in the app or on this site.
Safe use
- Use only a compatible USB-C power supply and accessories.
- Do not forcefully remove and attach the external antenna while the device is on; do not overtighten the SMA connection.
- Do not expose the device to water, extreme heat, or the high temperature inside a closed car under direct sun.
- If you notice a swollen, damaged, or overheating battery, stop using and charging the device and contact the support team.
- Do not use the product to disrupt radio communication, violate people’s privacy, or for unlawful surveillance.
