Order preparation
For in-stock products, the estimated preparation and delivery time is shown on the product page and in the order summary before payment approval. If a different period applies to pre-orders, personalized products, or products awaiting stock, it is stated openly.
The order is prepared after payment approval and handed to the carrier within the period promised in the order summary. For goods sales, the seller does not exceed the maximum performance period in the legislation.
Shipping fee and carrier
The shipping company, delivery method, and shipping fee including taxes are shown in the order summary before payment. If a free-shipping campaign has conditions, they are explained in the campaign area. No extra delivery fee is charged afterwards without the consumer’s explicit consent.
Delivery address
The recipient is responsible for the delivery and contact details being correct and complete. For an address change before the order ships, write to [email protected] with your order number. Changes to shipped orders depend on the carrier’s means.
Checking at delivery
When receiving the package, check the outer packaging for visible crushing, tearing, wetness, or opening. If there is clear damage, have the carrier officer draw up a damage report and contact us with photos of the package. A report speeds the review; its absence does not remove the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.
Failed delivery
Shipments that cannot be delivered because the recipient could not be reached or the address was wrong may be returned to the seller by the carrier. The consumer is informed before re-shipping. Additional shipping costs requested by the consumer and not caused by the seller may be passed to the consumer to the extent the legislation allows.
