Our privacy approach
AntiAirtag develops personal-safety products that examine the Bluetooth broadcasts in the environment. For that reason, we treat data minimization as part of product design. Core mobile scanning, whitelist, vehicle baseline, and signal history data is processed locally on your device; core use needs no AntiAirtag account.
This policy covers the antiairtag.com website, the AntiAirtag mobile app, connections established with Mini and Touch hardware, and the sales, delivery, and support processes.

What data do we process?
Website and security
Limited technical data such as IP address, request time, visited path, browser/device type, and error logs may be processed in server logs. These are used for service security, troubleshooting, and preventing misuse. Third-party marketing tracking cookies are not activated before an explicit consent mechanism is in place.
Contact and support
When you reach us, name, surname, email, phone, request content, product model/serial number, and diagnostic files you attach may be processed. We ask you not to send unnecessary sensitive data or complete payment card details.
Orders and payments
When e-commerce starts, name-surname, address, contact, invoice, order, delivery, return, and transaction records are processed. Card details are processed by the authorized payment institution; AntiAirtag does not store the full card number. Payment result, transaction ID, and a masked part of the card may be received to prevent fraud.
Mobile app and hardware
The app uses the operating system’s Bluetooth permissions to scan nearby BLE broadcasts. Device ID, display name, RSSI signal values, manufacturer/service data, whitelist, vehicle baseline, and preference settings are stored on the phone by default. Location permission is a technical requirement of the operating system for Bluetooth scanning on some Android versions; AntiAirtag does not build GPS location history in core scanning.
When Mini or Touch is paired, hardware ID, battery/firmware version, settings, and the BLE broadcasts the hardware sees may be processed locally in the app. Limited data needed only in an update, support, or bug-report flow you start may be sent to servers; notice is given before transfer.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, establishing/exercising/protecting a right, legitimate interest for information security and service improvement, or explicit consent where needed. Where processing relies on explicit consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
With whom may we share it?
To the extent needed, sharing may occur with:
- Payment institutions and banks,
- Shipping, logistics, and service providers,
- Hosting, security, email, and customer-support service providers,
- Financial advisors, legal counsel, and auditors,
- Legally authorized public institutions and authorities.
Service providers are intended to process only within our instructions and contractual confidentiality obligations. Personal data is not sold.
Retention periods
Data is kept only as long as needed for the processing purpose and legal obligation. Distance-sales transaction records at least three years; invoice and accounting records for the periods in the relevant tax/commercial legislation; support records for a period proportionate to dispute and service needs. When the purpose and statutory period end, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Security
We apply administrative/technical measures such as access restrictions, encrypted connections, current software, logging, and data minimization. Although no transfer over the internet can guarantee absolute security, we regularly review proportionate measures.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698: to learn, correct, delete/destroy, learn the third parties data is transferred to, object to automated analysis results, and claim compensation for damage. The detailed application method is explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the product or legislation changes. Material changes are announced on this page and, where appropriate, in the app. The current version’s date appears at the top of the page.
