This text, together with the order summary, is presented to the consumer before the approval that creates a payment obligation, in distance sales to be concluded over antiairtag.com. Order-specific product, quantity, price, tax, discount, shipping, and delivery details are shown separately on the payment screen and are an inseparable part of this form.

2. Core qualities of the product
The core qualities, box contents, connection features, compatible operating systems, and any variant details of the ordered model appear on the relevant product page and in the order summary.
- AntiAirtag Mini: Screenless Bluetooth signal detector with built-in battery and USB-C connection, giving proximity feedback with sound and vibration.
- AntiAirtag Touch: Bluetooth signal detector with touch display, usable standalone and connectable to the mobile app.
- Both devices carry a 3D internal antenna and external SMA Bluetooth antenna support.
- The AntiAirtag mobile app is additionally offered free. Store availability and operating-system requirements are stated on the store page where it is published.
The products help detect broadcasting compatible Bluetooth Low Energy signals; they do not definitively diagnose a device’s brand, model, or bad intent.
3. Total price and costs
The total sale price of the goods including taxes, discounts, shipping/delivery fee, and any other extra costs are shown separately in the order summary before payment approval. No extra fee is charged without the consumer’s explicit consent.
The payment method, installment details, and collection time are shown on the payment screen per the chosen payment instrument. Card data is processed directly in the authorized payment institution’s secure infrastructure; AntiAirtag does not store the full card number.
4. Delivery
Stock status, estimated preparation time, carrier, and delivery address are shown in the order summary. The seller performs the order within the promised period and without exceeding the maximum period in the legislation. Details are on the Shipping and Delivery page.
5. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. The notice must be made by email, the return channel to be provided on the site, or another provable durable medium. Notice by phone alone is not accepted as sufficient.

The consumer returns the goods within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. When the contracted carrier stated in the preliminary information is used, the return cost is not charged to the consumer. If no carrier is stated, no return cost is claimed from the consumer.
The seller refunds, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching it, the collected product price and the delivery fees refundable under the legislation, in a manner fitting the consumer’s payment instrument and without costing the consumer. The seller may hold the refund to the extent the legislation allows until proof that the goods were sent back is provided or the goods reach it.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The exceptions listed in the legislation are reserved. In particular, no right of withdrawal may arise for goods custom-produced per the consumer’s requests or personal needs, for services performed instantly in the electronic environment, or for intangible content whose performance begins before the period ends with the consumer’s explicit consent. That a standard hardware box is opened alone does not remove the right of withdrawal; the consumer may be liable for loss of value from use exceeding ordinary inspection.
7. Defective goods and remedies
The right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory optional rights for defective goods. If the product breaches the contract or is defective, the consumer may use the repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal rights arising from the legislation in force, within their conditions.
For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the consumer’s place of residence or where the transaction occurred (within the monetary limits at the application date) or the Consumer Court has jurisdiction.
8. Payment-obligation approval
The button completing the order clearly states that the transaction creates a payment obligation. The consumer declares by electronic approval that they have read and could obtain this preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement via a durable medium, and have seen the order-specific total price and delivery details.
