AntiAirtag is the company’s consumer-electronics and mobile-app brand.
2. Processed data categories
Depending on the activity, identity, contact, customer transaction, finance (masked payment and transaction details), transaction security, legal transaction, request/complaint, product/device, and limited technical usage data may be processed.
The mobile app’s core BLE scan results, whitelist, and vehicle baseline data is kept locally on the user’s phone by default. It is not sent to company servers without a support record or an online feature the user starts.
3. Purposes
Personal data may be processed for the purposes of:
- Providing products and services; carrying out order, payment, delivery, and return processes,
- Finalizing customer communication, technical support, warranty, and service requests,
- Ensuring information and transaction security; preventing fraud/misuse,
- Fulfilling invoice, accounting, consumer, and e-commerce obligations,
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims,
- Sending announcement and marketing communications if explicit consent is given.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Data may be collected through automated or partly automated methods via the website, app, email, phone, payment and shipping integrations, support channels, and electronic forms.
Processing relies on the grounds under KVKK Article 5/2 — explicit provision in law, necessity for establishing/performing a contract, legal obligation, establishing/exercising/protecting a right, and legitimate interest without harming the data subject’s fundamental rights — and on explicit consent where these do not apply.
5. Transfer
Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purpose and to the extent needed, to payment/banking institutions, shipping and service providers, hosting and information-security service providers, financial/legal advisors, and legally authorized public institutions.
If a service requiring cross-border data transfer is used, the appropriate safeguard or exception mechanisms in the KVKK’s cross-border transfer provisions apply, and the required notice is given.
6. Rights under KVKK Article 11
By applying to our company, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if processed; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; correct incomplete/wrong data; delete/destroy it where conditions exist; request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties; object to adverse results of exclusively automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
