Application note: This framework agreement is completed with buyer and order details at the payment step. The electronic approval record, preliminary information form, order summary, product page, and payment record are inseparable parts of the agreement.

1. Parties

1.1 Seller

1.2 Buyer

The buyer’s name/surname or title, delivery and invoice address, contact details, and order number appear in the pre-payment order summary and join the agreement with the electronic approval record.

2. Subject and scope

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of AntiAirtag-branded goods the buyer orders electronically over antiairtag.com, and the parties’ rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the relevant legislation.

3. Order details and price

The product’s name, model, core qualities, quantity, unit and total price including taxes, discounts, shipping fee, payment method, and invoice and delivery address are shown in the order summary. With the buyer’s approval creating a payment obligation, this information becomes an inseparable part of the agreement.

The seller charges no extra fee without the consumer’s explicit consent. Installment/deferral terms offered by the bank or payment institution are additionally subject to that institution’s terms.

4. Formation and records

The agreement is formed when the buyer reads and accepts the preliminary information form and this agreement, and gives the approval whose “order creating a payment obligation” nature is clearly stated. Agreement and transaction records are kept for the period provided in the legislation — at least three years for distance-contract transaction records — and presented to the buyer via a durable medium on request.

5. Delivery

The seller delivers the product to the buyer or the person the buyer designates, within the period stated in the order summary and in any case without exceeding the maximum performance period in the legislation. Different periods for custom-prepared products are stated openly before the order.

The buyer should check the package for visible damage at delivery; for a damaged package, have the carrier officer draw up a report and inform the seller without delay. The absence of a report does not remove the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the goods to them or to a third party they designate, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. In orders with multiple pieces delivered on separate days, the period starts with the last piece.

The withdrawal notice is sent before the 14-day period ends to [email protected], to the return channel provided on the site, or via another provable durable medium. The buyer should keep records that can prove the notice arrived.

The buyer returns the product within 10 days of the withdrawal notice, with all accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. The absence of the original packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal; the buyer may be liable for loss of value from use exceeding ordinary inspection.

When the contracted carrier determined in the order-specific preliminary information is used, the return cost is not charged to the buyer. If no return carrier is stated, the seller does not claim a return cost from the consumer.

7. Refund

Within 14 days of the date the withdrawal notice reaches it, the seller refunds all payments refundable under the legislation at once and cost-free, in a manner fitting the payment instrument the buyer used at purchase. The seller may hold the refund to the extent the legislation allows until proof that the goods were sent back is provided to it or the goods reach it.

Extra costs arising from the buyer’s choosing a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery may stay outside the refund scope.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the cases stated in the relevant legislation. These may include goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons whose protective elements were opened after delivery, goods custom-produced per the buyer’s requests, and some digital content/services whose performance begins before the withdrawal period ends with the buyer’s explicit consent.

Opening the packaging of standard AntiAirtag hardware alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

9. Defective goods and warranty

The product must conform to the agreement at the moment of delivery. The buyer’s optional rights arising from Law No. 6502 and the relevant legislation are reserved for defective goods. A commercial or manufacturer warranty does not narrow the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

10. Technical product limits

AntiAirtag products help detect broadcasting compatible Bluetooth Low Energy signals. Detection range and stability vary with the environment, obstacles, electromagnetic noise, the target device’s broadcast pattern, and the antenna. The product does not definitively diagnose a broadcast’s brand/model or bad intent; it cannot detect non-Bluetooth, off, or non-broadcasting devices.

11. Force majeure

Natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, transport or communications infrastructure outages, public-authority decisions, and similar situations outside the parties’ reasonable control may count as force majeure. The affected party informs the other within a reasonable time. The consumer’s rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.

12. Disputes

The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction occurred (within the monetary limits at the application date), and to the Consumer Court for disputes outside that. Mandatory mediation provisions are reserved.

13. Entry into force

The buyer accepts by electronic approval that they have read and could obtain the order-specific preliminary information form and this agreement via a durable medium, and are informed about the product’s core qualities, total price, and delivery and withdrawal terms. The agreement enters into force on the date of the order approval creating a payment obligation.
