Cancelling your order
Before your order ships, you can request cancellation by writing to [email protected] with your order number. If the order has shipped, the withdrawal/return process applies. Where the cancellation request can be processed, the amount collected is refunded in a manner fitting the payment instrument used.
14-day right of withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day the product is received, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. The notice must be made within the 14-day period by email, the return channel on the site, or another provable durable medium. Notice by phone alone is not enough.
Include the following in your notice:
- Name, surname, and contact details,
- Order number,
- Product and quantity to return,
- An explicit withdrawal/return statement.

Sending the product back
Within 10 days of the withdrawal notice, send the product with the accessories in the box. Use the original packaging if possible and pack so it cannot be damaged in shipping. That the original packaging is opened or missing does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
When you use the contracted return carrier stated in the order’s preliminary information, the return shipping cost is not charged to you. If no return carrier was stated before the order, the return shipping fee is not claimed from the consumer. Extra costs arising from the consumer choosing a different, more expensive carrier may belong to the consumer.
Inspecting the product and loss of value
You may inspect the product as reasonably possible in a store to understand its nature and operation. If the product loses value because of use beyond that limit, the consumer may be liable for the loss. If scratches, impact, liquid contact, missing accessories, or user-caused changes are found on the product, the condition is recorded.
Refund
Within 14 days of our receiving the withdrawal notice, payments that must be refunded under the legislation are refunded to the payment instrument you used at purchase, in a fitting and cost-free manner. The refund may be held to the extent the legislation allows until proof that the product was sent back is provided or the product reaches us.
The time a bank or payment institution takes to reflect the amount in your account is outside AntiAirtag’s control.
Defective or wrong product
For wrong, incomplete, or defective deliveries, contact us as soon as possible with a photo and the order number. After review, free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract applies within your statutory optional rights. These rights are independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The exceptions listed in the legislation are reserved. No right of withdrawal may exist for products custom-made for the consumer or for some digital content or services whose performance begins instantly with explicit consent. Opening the box of standard AntiAirtag hardware alone does not remove the return right.
